Borgata Poker Welcome Bonus Offers
Borgata Poker is currently offering its New Jersey and Pennsylvania members a unique welcome offer. Unfortunately, there’s no Borgata Poker no deposit bonus, but you can get free Tournament Tickets!
New members can access a 100% deposit match worth up to $1,000 plus up to $75 in tournament tickets. Sign up for a new account and deposit a specific amount to earn your reward.
A deposit from $10 to $499 earns the 100% match plus $25 in tournament tickets. This includes one $20 ticket and one $5 ticket for free play.
A $500-$999 deposit will earn $50 in Tournament Tickets, while $1,000 provides the match bonus plus $75 in Tournament Tickets. The tournament tickets are broken down into $20, $10, and $5 options depending on your deposit. Players must sign up for a new account and deposit within the first seven days to be eligible for the deal.
Bonus cash is released to players based on 10% increments of the first deposit. Increments are earned based on a 14x rate based on Borgata Rewards Points. Let’s say you deposit $200 and receive $200 in bonus cash. You would receive the bonus funds in $20 increments. You must earn 280 Borgata Reward Points to clear $20 in bonus cash.
Once the bonus cash is credited to your account, you can play with it or withdraw the funds. Players have 120 days from the deposit to clear the funds, or the bonus is expired. A total of $10 or more must be deposited to take part. Tournament tickets will expire within 14 days of issuance.
All poker cash games that generate a rake and all poker tournaments with fees are eligible for the bonus. This type of bonus is unique as it allows players to withdraw bonus cash once the wagering requirements are met. Keep in mind the number of points that need to be earned based on your deposit.
If you only play online poker for a short amount of time, consider adding fewer funds to your account. This way, you can clear the bonus without forfeiting any funds.
Borgata Poker Bonus Codes
Use our exclusive bonus code TGDBORPOKER to get the welcome deal when you sign up.
The Borgata Poker site often provides bonus deals where special codes are required. A bonus code will consist of numbers and letters. You must input the code when claiming the deal to activate it. Be sure to enter the information as it is listed.
Bonus codes will also change from time to time as Borgata Poker begins to offer new promotional options. Keep track of the latest Borgata Poker bonus codes via The Game Day Casino or review the sites’ promo page.
Borgata Poker Promotions
The online poker room offers a nice collection of promotions regularly. Aside from the traditional welcome deal, the site is known to offer options like Pick A Card and reload deals. The Pick A Card promotion provides players with prizes based on Borgata Rewards Points.
For a particular period, players need to play cash games at certain buy-in levels. Earn a specific amount of rewards points in a day, and you get to pick a card. The chosen card can provide bonus cash or just plain cash. It’s a fun way to enjoy online poker gaming and earn incentives simultaneously.
Reload bonuses are deals that allow players to top up their online poker accounts and earn bonus cash. Each of these deals pops up from time to time at Borgata Poker, so check the promotions page regularly to take part.
Borgata Poker Rakeback Bonus

Weekly earnings start at 25 points and go up to 12,500. Players will earn a cash reward based on the number of points generated. You need at least 875 points to earn a $25 cashback bonus.

Borgata Poker Cash Game Variants
As a member of Borgata Poker, you will have access to cash games. Cash games offer up to six players a chance to compete against each other at the felt. Play for as little or as long as you like. Use the unique FastForward feature to speed through a poor hand, and play on your terms, with options to bet just $0.60 per hand.
There are certain game variants at the cash game tables you can play. Below we describe each variant and its formats so you have a better idea of what Borgata Poker offers. Give any of the variants a try, and you just might find your new favorite type of poker!
Hold’em (No-Limit, Fixed, Pot-Limit)
When playing Hold ’em, you have options to sit down at no limit, fixed-limit, and pot-limit tables. Essentially, Hold ’em is played with five community cards, two hole cards, and several rounds of betting. Each player is dealt two cards, and the betting begins. Players can choose to meet the blind or bet.
The flop is then produced, which is three community cards. Players can then choose to check, call or bet.
The turn card is then dealt with another round of betting. The last card is the river, and players can bet again after it is dealt. Then the hand is over, and the best one wins.
The main difference in format is the betting. There is no limit to how much you can wager with no limit. The blinds determine how much a player can bet in each round with fixed-limit games. In pot-limit, players cannot over-bet the pot.
You need to determine how you want to bet and then pick your format to play. If you want more leeway with betting, choose no-limit. If you want a stricter bet, then go with pot limit.
Omaha (High And Hi-Lo)
For a completely different experience from Hold ’em, players choose Omaha. With this variation, players receive four hole cards, and then five community cards are dealt face up. Players must use two hole cards and three community cards to create a poker hand. Players must complete four rounds of betting that take place in the same manner as Hold ’em.
Two variations you will find with Omaha are High and Hi-Lo. In the High version, players are competing in standard Omaha. The best poker hand wins. With Omaha Hi-Lo, players are competing in a split-pot version where the high and low halves of the pot can be won. Usually, this version is played with fixed-limit betting.
Seven-Card Stud (High And Hi-Lo)
This game is played with two downcards and one upcard before the first betting round. Three more upcards follow with a bet after each dealt card. One more downcard is added, and then the final round of betting. The player with the best five-card poker hand wins.
The high version is basically the standard game of seven-card stud. With hi-low, it works similarly to Omaha, with players able to secure a win with a high or low hand. The pot is split to provide payouts for both options.
Borgata Poker Guaranteed Tournaments
A guaranteed poker tournament is an online event that offers a set amount of prize money. The event needs a certain number of players paying the buy-in to reach that amount. These types of events are popular among the poker crowd because they offer big prize pools for affordable buy-ins.
The online poker room must offer the guaranteed prize pool, no matter what. So, if an event does not reach its guarantee, it is known as an overlay. The online poker room must pay up the amount, so players are competing for the guaranteed prize. In most cases, events reach their full prize potential, and the poker room does not have to offer up extra cash to meet the guarantee.
In general, guaranteed poker tournaments take place throughout the week, with options on the weekdays and weekends. Sundays are usually the busiest as they offer the largest guaranteed prize pools. The weekends are more popular due to prize options and the ability for players to compete.
The guaranteed poker action at the Borgata will depend on your location. The same options are offered in NJ and PA for the most part, but there are some variances. In both states, players can take part in Daily $10,000 guaranteed events and Mega Tuesdays with $12,000 in prize money up for grabs.
Both sites offer a Progressive Bounty Knockout event on Thursday, but Pennslyvania offers $10,000 in prize money while New Jersey provides a lower $7,500. New Jersey has an added option with its Old School event, offering a small buy-in for a $750 prize pool guaranteed.
It’s on the weekends where significant differences are seen. On Sunday, Borgata NJ offers a $35,000 guaranteed event while PA’s option is $30,000. It’s a slight prize difference, but the offering is relatively the same.
As you can see, the options do vary slightly depending on your location. To see what options are offered in your area, log in to your Borgata Poker account and click on the tournament section. Here, you will see options for guaranteed events. Simply click on one of the events to review the buy-in, chip stack, and guaranteed prize pool.
Borgata Poker Sit-And-Go’s
Sit-and-Go’s (SNGs) are an online poker option Borgata Poker offers its members. This type of tournament does not have a scheduled start time and will begin once a certain number of players are seated at the table. The number of players will vary based on the type of SNG offered.
At Borgata Poker, the single-table tournaments are easy to play. Just take a seat, and once the table is filled, the tournament begins. Play in heads-up format, 3-handed, 6-handed, or 10-handed. The online poker site offers buy-ins from $0.10 to $500, with regular, turbo, and hyper-turbo structures options. The low buy-ins make SNGs a great option for micro stakes players at Borgata Poker.
If you choose the turbo or hyper turbo options, the gameplay will move quickly. These are great options for players who want to get in on an SNG but don’t have much time to sit at the felt.
Borgata Poker Satellites To Las Vegas Or Atlantic City
Because the Borgata Casino is operational in Atlantic City, players often have a chance to compete online in the Garden State for live events. The online site may provide satellite options whenever the Borgata Casino is hosting a big poker event. Such satellites or qualifiers will be listed in the online poker lobby.
Because the satellites are connected to significant land-based events, you should see new banners added to Borgata Poker when options are available. This way, you can click on the banner and sign up if you want to participate. Satellites have relatively low buy-ins, making it easy for players to participate and hopefully earn a seat at a big event!

Who Can Play Poker On Borgata?
In the United States, players have access to Borgata poker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The poker site is ring-fenced in certain state markets where it is licensed to offer services.
The brand can branch out at any time by obtaining licensing in another market. No matter where the brand is licensed, it is limited to offering services within the particular state’s borders.
When taking advantage of Borgata Poker services, players must download geolocation software. This software is used to detect a player’s location. This ensures that the player is situated in an approved state, like PA or NJ. If you try to play outside an approved state, the geolocation service blocks you from the site.
In both states, players must be 21 years of age or older to take part. The sites are not limited to residents of approved states, just players that are physically located in the area.
Borgata Online Poker Championships
Online poker sites often provide access to major events such as championships or series. At Borgata Poker, one of the more popular options is the Borgata Poker Open. The casino decided to bring the popular land-based event online with the help of the World Poker Tour.
Players had access to Main Event action with a $3,500 buy-in and $1 million in prize money. The event took place during the land-based WPT, so players traveling to Atlantic City to take part in live gaming could also log online to play in a major WPT event.
The event was popular, and it is expected that Borgata will make the Poker Open a regular occurrence online. Satellites were also on offer, giving players an opportunity to earn a seat to the online event at a much lower cost.
As online poker becomes more prevalent across the United States, it would not be surprising to find Borgata offering even more championship style events or major tournaments online.
My Borgata Poker Experience
Once you load the Borgata Poker platform to your device, you will find the software is laid out in a clean and easy-to-navigate manner. At the top, you will see tabs including Poker, Casino, Sports, Promotions, and Support. Be sure to click on poker if needed to view the gaming options.
Borgata offers tabs to narrow down your poker selections, including cash games, fastforward, sit-and-go, and tournaments. Click on any one of these options to begin searching for games to join. I really appreciate the settings options that Borgata offers to narrow down by gaming options.
Choose game type, stake level, seats, and limits to cut down on available gaming options. You are free to view all tables and events, but utilizing these categories allows you to find exactly what you are looking for.
In the tournaments section, Borgata adds color to special events so players can locate options like event qualifiers and guaranteed events. This section also offers filtering options, including game type, format, speed, and game. Borgata makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for without having to scroll through the long list of tournament options.
On the right-hand side of the platform, you can view the tournament details of any event you select. See if the event is open for registration, how long you have until the event starts, total prize pool, number of players, buy-in, game, and any options for late registration.
If you need to add funds to your account or want to make a withdrawal, click on the orange Cashier button at the top right of the platform. From there, you can select your payment method and start a transaction. The Cashier keeps track of payment history and stores card information for future purchases as needed.
The account section also offers special features, including hand history, offers, and tickets. Anything you would want to review can be accessed by selecting the bar of your account at the top right of the screen.
Overall, I feel that the online poker platform of the Borgata is streamlined and easy to navigate, even for beginner online poker players. Everything you need is within reach, from the cashier and support options to promotions and gaming. I like that Borgata Poker also gives players access to the casino and sports section for easy wagering.
I can just click on either tab to take a break from poker and play slots or post a sports bet.
Borgata Liquidity Sharing
The Borgata Poker site operates on the partypoker US Network alongside BetMGM Poker and NJ.partypoker. The Borgata Poker sites in NJ and PA both operate on this network. Borgata Poker is expected to launch in Michigan eventually, and the same network will be used for operations.
Because players are participating in online poker via the same network, player liquidity is stronger for the Borgata brand. There are larger player pools, allowing members to find cash games running at most hours of the day.
Without a shared network, the poker room traffic would be lacking, and players would have more difficulty finding options for playing in tournaments or cash games.
